A Triangle Diamond Dinner at the Fairview
Join the Fairview’s Executive Chef Jason Cunningham and other premier executive chefs as they collaborate in the Fairview kitchen to prepare a culinary masterpiece. The evening is part of the acclaimed Triangle Diamond Dinner Series, in which area AAA Four Diamond Award-winning executive chefs host specially prepared gourmet dinner events in their respective restaurants. A brief reception will be followed by a four- course meal and dessert. Wine pairings are included in the cost.

The Fairview celebrates Duke University’s Nasher Museum blockbuster art exhibition, El Greco to Velázquez: Art during the Reign of Philip III. Regional Spanish cuisine and fine Spanish wines set the stage for discussing great works of art in the Fairview’s private dining room!
